Processing

The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.

What is the processing time?

The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc.

The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take 3–5 business days to process and dispatch.

* If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Worldwide Shipping

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

For most countries, you do not need to pay importing fees, duties, or VAT. However, for some countries (especially European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.

Return Policy

Elysva's Responsibility

If you received the incorrect or defective order, our customer service will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will bear the freight charges for the return of the goods.

Please note that customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct product during checkout.

If the customer selects the wrong item, size, or color, the item may still be returned for a refund (product price only) or exchange.

In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways (to and from our warehouse).

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse.

The refund or exchange will be made once the warehouse has received the return.

Please Note

• Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
• We do not accept the return method of cash on delivery. If it is sent, the return will be rejected.
• Final sale items, promotions, coupons, freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Once a package has been packed or shipped out, we cannot change the shipping address for you. Please ensure the shipping address is correct during the checkout. We are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately via email with your order number.

Orders padded with extra products only to qualify for discounts are subject to discount forfeiture upon partial cancellation/return. The full order discount will be subtracted from your refund. Refund = Original price of returned/cancelled goods – total order discount.

Return Instructions

1. Received a Faulty or Wrong Product

Please contact our customer service to start the return process. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will bear the freight cost of returning the goods.

2. Good Quality Item

If you receive it and find that you have the wrong size, color, dislike or other reasons, please contact customer service. We can accept the return of goods in good condition. At this point, the buyer is obliged to bear the freight.

Return Shipping

1. Elysva will ship the items within 7 business days according to the order placed.
2. In most cases, items shipped by Elysva can be returned within 3 days of delivery, or 30 days of delivery if the delivery date cannot be traced. Please note that if it is not a quality problem, shipping the product after 30 days will not be accepted for return.
3. After shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping date and other details of your order. Some products have different guidelines or requirements.

Return / Exchange Process

1. Step 1: Request a return or exchange — contact our after-sales customer service at support@elysva.com.
2. Step 2: Provide the order number and your email. Our customer service team will contact you.
3. Step 3: We will authorize your return with our return shipping address.
4. Step 4: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
5. Step 5: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and tracking code for your parcel.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
